Any disputes arising from the use of CliProxy will be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution process: If you have any questions or disputes about our services, please contact CliProxy's customer support team via email [email protected]. Our after-sales service team will provide you with assistance 24 hours a day to answer questions related to refunds, cancellations, etc.
The services provided by CliProxy are mainly intangible and irrevocable global proxy services. Therefore, after the order is confirmed and the service is delivered, we will not provide direct refund services. But we have also taken into account the unforeseen problems that may exist during the service process, and we have specially launched proxy remedies.
Due to the uncertainty of proxy IP, we provide free service for IPs that cannot be used normally. For example, when you extract a proxy IP that cannot be used or is of extremely poor quality, we will return the balance to your account after receiving your feedback, and will not deduct any fees. We will only deduct fees for IPs that can operate normally.
The following situations will be deemed as no refund:
Customer account is frozen or suspended: If the customer's account is frozen or suspended due to violation of laws and regulations or our terms of service, we will not refund.
Violation of use obligations: If the customer violates the obligation to properly use the CliProxy system or service stipulated in our terms of service, he will not enjoy the right to refund.
Data transfer has been initiated: After the customer purchases the service through the customer dashboard, if the transmission or reception of data has been initiated, it will be deemed that the service has been used and no refund will be given.
Since the services provided by CliProxy do not involve the transportation of physical items, there is no issue of return shipping.
